This was hands down the best ER experience I have ever had. Choose this location and you will not be disappointed. I walked in and was in an examination room in 15 minutes, got an IV and a CT scan in another 30 or less. They changed my entire perspective of an ER.

Great experience overall. I was very impressed with my nurse Steve. His bedside manner is unmatched. Made me feel at ease the entire time and had great conversation. Nate was also very accommodating! He offered water and gatorade to my husband while he waited and gave me a warm blanket to comfort me. Dr. Osman listened to my concerns and gave me the best treatment plan. I also appreciated Taylor's kindness. The facility is CLEAN. If I need urgent care again I will be back. Thank you!

They are the best er by far. Great on timing and very polite and respectful. The rooms are equipped with a fan and a heater along with a TV that works! If I could give a 10 star I would. They treated my wife like she was a priority instead of a check.

I came here after I left Mansfield Methodist, because my son was in a lot of discomfort and needed to be seen quickly. It was in the middle of the night and he needed an ultrasound and they were able to do the ultrasound, a physical exam and everything else needed quickly and efficiently, All while making me and my son feel comfortable and continuously checked on us. This is my second time coming here. I came here last year myself due to a severe upper respiratory infection, And now I can say that both times has been easy and comfortable.

Facility is nice and bright and clean. After filling out initial paperwork, I was brought back for a room very quickly. The staff were very sweet and listened to me rattle off a list of how I was feeling. The doctor was very personable and kind. I felt like he listened to me as well and came up with a plan of care that we both agreed upon. I'd come back...but I hope I don't have to :)
